Orders and Payment
Orders for delivery within Indonesia with full payment received by 12 noon (western Indonesian time, WIB), we will process your order within 24 hours. The courier drop-off is at 6pm daily, Monday to Friday. No delivery on Saturday and Sunday.
International & Custom Orders
Based on international shipping provider availability and delivery address, we will advise via email and only process your order once confirmation and payment in full is received. Custom orders will also be confirmed via email and processed accordingly. Our operation hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm, Saturday 8am to 12noon (western Indonesian time, WIB).
Please select to make payment to our BCA or Bank Mega Account. Notify us once you have made payment and we will process your order.
Track Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with the parcel tracking number. Availability of tracking service is dependent on the courier provider selected. Skin Dewi is not responsible for tracking, delivery, insurance or any damages and spills during shipping. We will do our best to pack each product securely.
Shipping and Delivery
Cost of shipping and delivery is paid by the customer.
Return and exchange policy
We do not accept any exchange or returns. Please consult Skin Dewi if you would like more information on natural skincare use and suitability. Exchange is possible if the product is found to be damaged. All complaints must be received within 2 days of delivery and we will process accordingly.
Please pay in full within 1 day after confirmation of order and check out. We cannot guarantee stock availability without full payment. If a product is not in stock / sold out, please select option to receive email notification when product is restocked.
